No - I'm afraid that we don't offer any personalisation to the design on the cards.

If you would like a message written in the card and sent directly to the recipient, then please do send us a message.

YES!!

All cards and envelopes are made from 100% recyclable materials, therefore they can be recycled.

We love that some people like to keep hold of their special cards as keepsakes.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days.

All orders are sent out via Royal Mail using 1st class post.

The lead time for 1st class post is 1-2 working days.

Once it goes into the post we are completely reliant on the Royal Mail's service, therefore we cannot make any guarantees as to when deliveries will arrive.

If you are ordering for a special occasion, please do try to leave enough time for it to arrive.

Unfortunately there is no way to track standard 1st class post.

At present we are unable to offer an upgrade to any tracked services.

If you would like to get in touch about an order that you have already placed, please email amy@badgerbeedesign.co.uk with your full name and order number.

Cancellations

If you made a mistake on your order or simply wish to cancel it, your order can be cancelled at any time prior to the dispatch of your goods.

Simply email amy@badgerbeedesign.co.uk, along with your full name and order number to request the cancellation.

Unfortunately, any cancellation emails that are received after we have sent notice of dispatch cannot be accepted.

Returns

We really hope you love your Badgerbee Design products, however if you are not entirely happy, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange.
