All enquiries from prospective stockists are welcome and I will get back to you as soon as I am able. 

Once an order is placed there is a maximum lead time of 14 days, due to them being printed to order.
If items are in stock they will be dispatched within 48hrs.

The delivery lead time after dispatch is 1-2 working days.

All wholesale orders are sent out via either Royal Mail Tracker 24 or DPD.

The lead time, once dispatched is 1-2 working days.

Wholesale Packaging

• All cards are packaged plastic-free.
• Our cards come 'naked' meaning that there is no additional packaging to the cards.
• Cards are grouped in sixes and held together using a paper 'belly band'.

 

Plastic Free Outer Packaging

• Both wholesale, and retail orders are dispatched without any excess plastic packaging.
• Wholesale orders are dispatched in cardboard boxes, paper tape and recycled paper padding, all of which are fully recyclable or can be repurposed, used as packaging or for shop storage.
• Where possible, we re-use outer packaging boxes that we have received deliveries in.
• We pack all orders in our Horsham studio, using recyclable envelopes, mailers or boxes.
• Our branded stickers are made from recycled paper and are plastic free.

We don’t offer returns unless of course your item is received faulty or damaged.

If your item does arrive damaged please email wholesale@badgerbeedesign.co.uk within 5 days of receipt, with your order number.

Where possible any photos you can provide of the damage are really helpful, to be able to show the couriers.
